Having been in the construction industry for over forty years, Steve has framed and built numerous homes.  His career began at the age of seventeen, when he joined a framing crew out of Framingham, Massachusetts.  After five years of being an employee and night classes at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Steve went on to start his own framing company.  His reputation quickly built as a fast and quality framer.  He since went on to build homes all across Massachusetts, most noteworthy in the MetroWest of Boston and Cape Cod.  His attention to detail and incredible work ethic is what separates him from the ordinary home builder.

​After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Steve went on to join O'Leary Builders. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Steve handles the marketing and sales for the company, along with planning and budgeting specific projects. He communicates with sub-contractors, engineers, customers, and vendors to ensure every project is meeting set time frames. He has also received his Master of Business Administration, with distinction, in entrepreneurship and finance from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
